  • Step-by-step guide for applying Reviving Colors at home

    1. SHAMPOO

    IF YOU ARE COLORING ONLY:
Apply your shampoo liberally throughout hair. Shampoo well. Rinse thoroughly. Towel dry.

IF YOU ARE COLORING IMMEDIATELY AFTER RELAXING:
Follow relaxer kit instructions. After using the neutralizing shampoo in the relaxer kit, shampoo your hair again with your conditioning shampoo. Rinse thoroughly. Do not condition hair before applying color. Towel dry.

    2. COLOR

Part hair into four sections. With gloved hands, apply color generously to each section. Work color into hair, but do not rub into scalp. Gently comb through hair to distribute color evenly.

Pile hair loosely on top of head and cover with plastic cap. For a snug fit, gather cap in front, give it a slight twist and clip to hold in place. Wipe excess color away from skin or scalp to prevent staining. Leave plastic cap on for 20 to 30 minutes. If your hair was relaxed today or within the past two weeks, leave the plastic cap on for 15 to 20 minutes. For even more vibrant results, sit under a hooded dryer (medium setting) for 20 minutes.

Rinse hair with lukewarm water until water runs clear. You will see some excess color removed when rinsing, which is normal. Squeeze excess water from hair and blot dry with towel.

    3. CONDITION

    THIS EXCLUSIVE FORMULA…

    • Detangles for easy wet-combing.
    • Locks in healthy sheen.
    • Silkens the hair shaft for touchable softness and body.

APPLY CONDITIONING TREATMENT THOROUGHLY THROUGHOUT HAIR BEFORE WET-COMBING.
Squeeze conditioner into hands. Distribute generously throughout hair before wet-combing. Leave in hair for maximum resiliency and sheen. Comb through hair and style as desired.
